Vertical blinds – Easy to use and clean
When one has to make a decision about the type of blind to be selected, he or she would have to consider many factors and should decide based on their need, requirement and availability. Many people prefer vertical blinds for their rooms as it does not only provide you protection from the sun but even ensures the long life of your expensive furniture.
Vertical blinds can be helpful in both summer and winters. In summer they block the sun rays from entering your house and in winters these blinds can help you get the ample and much needed rays. Vertical blinds are also very common as they are easy to clean. You can first remove the blinds carefully, fold the blades and fabric. Water with little gentle soap or detergent can be used to clean the blinds. Put the water in big container or bath tub and soak the vertical blinds for about 45 minutes. You can use soft brush to remove dirt from the blind. Rinse it with the cold fresh water to make sure the dirt has been removed and let the water drain out from the blinds. Then put them back on the tracking system. Wipe them using a soft towel or a cloth. Within 40 to 45 minutes they would dry up and would be ready to be used again. Being careful and with little efforts you can keep them looking new always. This type of blind is usually suggested for the houses.
